WHAT WE DO
Our ombudsman service deals with questions and complaints from clients of our affiliated financial services providers. As a neutral institution, we endeavor to develop consensual solutions for all parties within the framework of mediation and thus avoid costly legal disputes.
WHAT WE DON'T DO
We are not a court authority and have no decision-making authority. The establishment of contact with our ombudsman service does not interrupt or inhibit the course of any legal deadlines such as limitation periods, court or administrative deadlines. As we are objective and neutral, we cannot represent parties.
