With well over 900 affiliated financial companies and their many thousands of client advisers, our ombudsman service has been very well received thanks to a very attractive overall package, maximum transparency on fees, and an affiliation process that takes just one minute. We have achieved our internal target in terms of reach and believe that this has made us number one in Switzerland.

New year, new logo

Perhaps you have already noticed. We have started the new year with an adapted logo. With the logo adjustment, which we have made in consultation with the IGE, we want to avoid on the one hand the risk of confusion. On the other hand, we have succeeded in emphasizing our Swissness more strongly with the new logo, which now includes the Swiss flag. We allow all financial service providers affiliated with us to use our logo (link to logo here!) on their website or in their client documents. We will also be happy to send you our logo by e-mail.

FINMA notification

All financial service providers affiliated with us are reported directly to the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA via our ombudsman service.  You therefore do not need to take any measures of your own in this regard.

Adjustment of conditions

Based on our experience over the last 6 months, we have decided to completely remove the admission fee of CHF 120 for the future, which was initially suspended for 2020 only. In addition, we have adjusted the clause according to which it was possible to cancel our ombudsman service at any time, except for the month of December. It is now possible to leave at any time, including the month of December. With these adjustments we simplify the cooperation with you. Our goal is to remain one of the most attractive ombudsman offices in the future.
